How it Works

Our platform digitizes the entire parking management process, from issuing tickets to tracking global revenue. Here is how it works from top to bottom:

1. Company Onboarding

The Super Admin creates vendor accounts (Parking Companies). These companies are assigned a commission rate and a maximum number of branches they can operate.

2. Branch & Staff Setup

Parking Owners log in to their vendor dashboard to create physical branches (locations) and register their staff (Parking Men), assigning them to specific branches.

3. Ticketing & Operations

Parking Men use the mobile interface to issue digital tickets to incoming vehicles. They log the license plate and vehicle type. When the vehicle leaves, the system automatically calculates the fee based on duration.

4. Real-time Analytics

All transactions are synced instantly to the cloud. Parking Owners can view their branch-level revenue, and Super Admins have a global view of all money moving through the ecosystem, including their platform commission.
